New version of JustInTime Scheduler

New version of JustInTime Scheduler is released with the following new features:

• JustInTime Scheduler can now send e-mail notifications to interested users on changes to an active schedule. Each user can elect to receive e-mail notifications on either all changes or changes that involved that scheduled user.
• JustInTime Scheduler offers the ability to automatically merge independently derived schedules into one large master schedule.
